The camber makes it more fun lol.

Not set on eurolines. I love them but there are so many wheels options. They'll be the last piece of the puzzle. I'll also probably change wheels for days at the strip.

I love donuts.

I went ahead and bought a turbo. It's a garrett knock off highly recommended by 240 guys. I figure i can always upgrade in the future to the garrett original. My manifold is a t3 flange unfortunately so i'll be selling it to get a begi with the correct flange. I also decided on a begi downpipe since they aren't all that pricey for an s pipe. Those are the only updates for now.

If anyone sees a begi cast mani for a 1.8 for sale, let me know!

Manifold, downpipe, exhaust all on deposit at the moment. Turbo already acquired.

So far.. 910 dollars committed/invested. With my original budget of 1100 for the turbo and 500 for the dp + 500 for the mani and 300 for the exhaust, we're doing alright so far! I also realized I should try and sell parts or the entire old turbo kit to make some money back.

After doing a lot of reading I'm starting to wonder if I should go 6 speed. I know some people say not to bother, but, eh. We'll see. It's something to think about.

at 910, 2400 was the original plan. Bam.

Nice! Did you pick up a used Manifold and exhaust? What did you go with?

Yeah. The exhaust I believe was just a custom made. I got a begi S dp and a begi mani. The entire exhaust aspect of the turbo build is already taken care of minus the wbo2 if you count that. Not sure what to tackle next. Probably intake side. I already have recirc bypass valve I can use and I'll be getting some generic ebay IC pipe kits to piece together whatever routing I want. I have a bar/plate ic already so I'll use that.

If I don't do that next it'll be my engine. I am going to go with the Hbeam rods I found on mt.net and supertech pistons. All arp hardware, fresh gaskets everywhere, maybe new valve springs just because, probably port match everything so it flows a bit better..

I don't know. I'll figure out my direction eventually I guess. I know I have a lot of stuff to do. I want to clean up the engine bay and maybe repaint it while the engine is out. I gotta decide if I'm going to get another tranny or not. I need a clutch and fw either way. I need to decide if I want to break in the engine without the turbo or not too.

I don't seem to have an edit button..

Has anyone ever swapped a 90-93 interior into an NB? I know you will all think I'm crazy but I'm really not into the NB interior at all. It just doesn't have that clean minimalist look that the early NA dash has, and I have a chance to pick up a dash pretty cheap. I know I'll need to do something with doorcards and the console, but will that be it? I would really love to ditch my current dash.
