I hate it when a newbie's first post is to sell something. Unfortunately, I have to break my own rule.

The time has come for me to sell my 1990 red/black (faded to charcoal) miata. I am the third owner. the 2 previous owners were friends of mine. All three of us are older adults. This car has never been abused. I have ownrd it for the past 10 years and have driven it about 27,000 miles that entire time. I have all records dating back to original purchase by first owner.

This car has the original hard and soft tops. Hardtop is EXCELLENT CONDITION while the softtop will need to be replaced in a few years. Soft window is clear. Replaced before I bought the car. It was stretched too much at installation and the zipper is starting to tear at either end. These tears are internal so it doesn't show and has no leaks. All weatherstripping is good and tight.

Original factory alloy rims with one season old winter snow/ice tires. If you have never driven on this type of tire in the winter, you are missing out. I have never gotten stuck in the snow with this car, and it tracks/stops well on ice. Same traction as studded tires, but w/o the studs. Summer Yokahamas are mounted on some sweet Borbet alloys. They are +2 sized. Not too big, but look great. Summer tires have one season left at best though.

Aside from some minor interior trim upgrades, this car is stock. Only thing changed under the hood is a K&N air filter. The car does need brakes. I run Castrol Full Synthetic motor oil. The car has NEVER been beat/raced/wrecked. Previous owner had a slight brush with a parking post and the front bumper cover was replaced at that time. The paint is heavily oxidized (except for the hardtop which is perfect) and has minor hail damage. A new exhaust may also be needed. I will have the car detailed soon. Pictures are available on request (didn't post here since this is already too long.) Radio was rebuilt when I first purchased the car, and the door and headrest speakers have been replaced with upgrades.

This is a sweet ride and will make a Miata enthusiast very happy. Entire package is $5500. Alternately, I will sell the car with original factory alloy wheels only for $3900. Hardtop for $1500. Summer wheels and tires for $500. Delivery outside of Newton KS is buyers responsibility. Car will be sold as is. I will make no further repairs/upgrades.

I forgot to mention above...

I will include a cloth storage cover for the hardtop and a one person hardtop hoist FREE with the hardtop (regardless if the hardtop sells alone or with the car.)
