Buy or Don't Buy?

Buy or Don't Buy?
I found a '92 that I'm quite smitten with.
It's currently owned by the 2nd owner and includes the original window sticker & service receipts, new top, new timing belt, clutch, brakes, tires, original paint, no rust. 155K miles.
The final price is $3700 firm, down from $4,200 (I know, I know)
My intentions? I'm 56 and just want a convertible to putt-putt around in on summer nights, and when I decide to sell it, get most of my money back, or just hang on to it until death do us part. I'm not performance oriented; I just enjoy a little sporty top-down fun.
I'm too old and tired of working on Spits, MGB's and TR6's, and want a dependable 'vintage' roadster. (this car qualifies for antique tags next spring)
Is this a rape? Or is it a decent investment?
My opinion is that these 1st gens are now quite classic and will continue to increase in value.
Thank you in advance for your honest advice!
