Default Converting my N Carolina 1991 to CA smog

I have a 1991 Miata that is factory and from NC. I will be getting out of the army and moving to California in the near future and know I will have to convert it to meet CA smog requirements. Does anyone know what parts I will need to get and install to do this? Thanks!

You should be able to pass without changing much, make sure the cat and o2 sensor are good and if they need replaced go original equipment.
