I'd be down. Just not as a permanent thing. I like having a garage too much and the wife needs a bigger kitchen........cause that's where she belongs

I would not waste the time moving for somethis this small.Now as for the bus goes I don't think I would enjoy trying to get through traffic or have to un settle everything to go to town or to a diner to eat
I do think that this is neat for the right people nothing wrong with it at all

you forget I live in on of the most expensive areas in the country. I realize that house would only be 250,000 for you...

i'd do the bus thing...
hell, i lived in the miata for about 2 months, at least the bus has a bed, kitchen and hopefully a place to ---- and shower
