Lightbulb Software thread -- What do you use?

Just got a new laptop and I'm re-evaluating what software I want on it. My preliminary list:

Avast antivirus -- used to use AVG but Avast seems more reliable
Chrome -- probably my primary browser
Firefox -- downloaded out of force of habit, probably don't need
Irfanview -- my favorite lightweight image editor/viewer
MSN Messenger -- don't love it but less hassle than 3rd party messenger software I've tried
7-Zip -- freeware archive zip/unzip
Alleycode HTML/PHP editor -- freeware, works pretty well, no fluff
Filezilla FTP -- used to use SmartFTP but got tired of purchase reminders
Foxit PDF -- way, way lighter than Adobe and includes the PDF creator for free
iTunes -- blech, not sure if I really want to load this but I do have a couple iPods kicking around
TinyTerm -- Wyse terminal emulator, use it for accessing the work inventory system
TweetDeck/Silverbird plugin -- twitter stuff
Open Office -- half the time I use Google Docs, but I guess it'd be good to have for offline use

I'm interested to see what software other people are using.
