What suspension are YOU running?

So I'm running H&R street coilovers, essentially the same as Bilstein PS9's I think.
Eventually i want to go lower and stiffer, is it worth trying to modify my existing setup (which is a great DD/street setup) or better to just start over and sell them?

Stiffer springs should mean more drop too right? Or is it fairly dependent on spring perch design?
I still wanna DD just want maybe a lil stiffer and a lil lower, i could get all ghetto and remove collars, I dunno.
This is pretty much full drop:
I mean i'm happy w/it I don't hate it but a tad lower never hurts.
Maybe some sways will help more in the roll department and allow me to keep current setup till I am ready to replace.
Indecisiveness is obvious lol

A, nice looking car
B, IIRC the rule of thumb is you can go up or down 2kg/mm in stiffness before needing a revalve. Depending on how long you've had them it might be time for one anyway. Three to four years would be a good timeline to getting them revalved.
If you were to get stiffer springs, then you might be able to get away with a lower height. That kinda depends on the preload. I don't know how H&R designed them so maybe you can comment on that.
Nothing is more important than shock travel especially when autocrossing. Also sways will def help with roll no matter how you look at it. That's sort of like adding stiffer springs anyway. Plus it's easier to mess with away bars than messing with coilovers so I would try that route first and see how you feel

From a practical standpoint, I hope you are raising it up an inch or more when you go autocross. You need that travel to be quick. Without it, the bumpstops will unsettle the car in the transitions.
What are your current spring rates?

Update.
I'm running the Xida Clubsports, 700/400, NB top-hats, no tender springs.
94 R', RB hollow "race", RB end-links, no rear sway. 15x9 6ULs, 225/45/15 RS3s.
Front:
-2.8* camber
+4.75* caster
0 toe
11.75" hub to fender
Rear:
-2.5* camber
0 toe
12.25" hub to fender
I need to go down a 1/4th of an inch in the rear or maybe another 1/4th in the front and 1/2 inch in the rear.
The ride is amazingly comfortable, I never would expect 700/400 rates would as smooth as they are. The shocks seem to shine at higher speeds, large bumps/holes on the interstates that use to throw my car and my steering wheel around are easily handled. It's as if the bumps were reduced 10x.
The lateral grip with the AST's, the 15x9s, and 225 RS3s is quite insane. Changing direction is crisp and precise, I can put the car where it needs to be AGGRESSIVELY while thinking the car could never do what it just did.
My car running in STR came within a 1/10th of a nationally prepped STS car in raw time last event. Give me a tad more power and a few other kinks to work out(ball-joints, corner-weight, etc) and I think it's a major contender, locally at least. Might even trophy at nationals with my hot-shoe driver.
Over-all I'm extremely pleased with the setup and don't regret the purchase at all. Emilio was more than kind to responding to my weekly emails, even gave me the option to receive the shocks with urethane seats instead of the new plastic ones, which he will send to me later once they're sent to him.
I will recommend this setup to anyone.

couple questions: since you're so competitive with the car, why not use the helper springs? you would have a better ride and have even more control of the car. what settings do you have your dampers set to? I have Xida CS with 450 F and 300 R. I have mine set at 5 from full soft in the front and 4 from full soft in the rear.
But in terms of height, I would lower the rear only 1/4" and you would be perfect I think

I didn't have the money for them, lol. I'll be adding them later on, when I'll hopefully be tracking the car more.
I ran full stiff in the front(12) and a tad over medium in the rear(8). This is what one of the local guys suggested to me, he has a few national wins, runs a STS miata.
