Bose speakers with a double DIN headunit?
 

From my reading, the Bose unit is a single DIN, and the base unit is a double DIN. I am looking to replacing the nonfunctional CD player for my mother so that she can use CDs on her drive to work. It's a 2002. Just wanted to see if some things had been moved around, and if I will need an interface for the amp that I may or may not have.
