Metal on metal or plastic or plastic?

In this case it was metal on metal. The noise was more "noisie" when the temps dropped around freezing. The fix can be done with the loop side of Velcro, just to pad the suface to surface contact area.

Freezing meaning 32 degrees F. This when the noise get bad
