Unknown Electrical Connector

There is a white electrical connector, on my NA, mounted on the shelf underneath the brake master cylinder. It is partially burned, so, I would like to know what is/does.
Does anyone know?

I believe that is one of the ground blocks.

You are right. The one burned input made me think there was more going on in the block.
