Hi I hope someone can help me. I remember driving and running over a dead animal. It made some bump noise. Then after that I found a piece of square sliver that says ""power strut" on it with like a coil. But it was laying where my windshield wipers are in that dip where they start. I attached a picture of what I found. Does anyone know if this could have come up from the engine? Or could it be from the hood of the car (to hold it up). I cannot see it coming up from the bottom of the car all the way up to where the windshield wipers start on the top of the car. Please help? Thank you. MJaney
