Default Hello all have a few ??? on MAFS on a 91

This might sound stupid but is there a way to take out the gate MAFS and use newer one like the one off a 97 ?

Just trying to get air flow and free up some room for a turbo later.

I know i can use a MS to delete it but do not have the cash for a MS .

If some one has a older one they like to trade or a kit for building one let me know. I have a set of new B&W P7 headset i trade new in box never open it there worth around $400.00

They work differently and are non-interchangeable. Certain years of RX7 have ones that will flow a little more air but they are still more restrictive than doing away with them all together.

Standalone is a great choice. Eliminating the MAF altogether will give you some performance gains.
