Help Deciding on Which Racing Seat

I need some helping making up my mind on what to get for my new racing seats.

Here at the guidelines

1.) 5-6' 140 30" waste in other words the miata is spacious
2.) Being 140 I have a boney ass and thus have ruled out the UltraShield so it must be comfortable as I do drive this on sunny days as well as to the track
3.) F.I.A Certified
4.) Must fit in my NB without too much trouble. Current Corbeau FXP Wide rub the doors and I would like to avoid that
5.) Sliders for driver if possible. I know there are hard cores that are against tracking and sliders, but I'm a nice guy and share my car with friends/family that want to track it. Since I'm shorter than your average American, most people wouldn't be able to fit in my fixed mount.

Candidates are Momo Start, Momo Cup, Recaro Sprint V, Bride Zeta III (if I rob a bank)'

What do you guys think?

Lotus Elise seats... :D

I htink the corbeau FX1 pro (not wide) might be up your ally. The Momo seats are good, just don't get a bottom mount!

Why FIA approved? That eliminates most non-euro models.

I need FIA if I start competing in Nasa TT yes|no? I suppose I should go read the rules.

if you don't mind hammering your trans tunnel and removing the door panels, you can run an RT-1000 ;)

That's the problem. I do mind. At first the plan for this miata was slowly turn it into a track ----- and take it off the street. That was before I loved my miata. Now, I've decided make it into a very fun Street car that does OK at TT and fun for HPDE. If I really want to compete in open wheel I'm thinking Factory Five or Formula Ford in a couple years.

The fx1 pros don't fit my car. The door rubbed and the seat doesn't travel back and foreword well.

Yeah, that's what I have in there now and I have the same problem. I really like the Sparco|Bride, but I really don't like the Sparco|Bride Price.

I would really look over the FM guide. The seats don't matter on there, but the specifications they list at the top is whats important.

Stay well under those sizes and you should do ok. Sounds easy right? good luck finding seats that small though.
