Used this for over a year on my NB.
With this you get a higher redline (7400rpm on my tach) and a slightly more aggressive tune since JDM doesn't have to account for meeting US emission standards.

Reason for selling is I finally figured out how to operate the revlimit cut function on my Greddy EMU, so no longer need this.
