Very attractive car!
Well sorted vehicle. Worth the price.
Great price, one would probably make a profit parting it out. But $2k for a dyno tune?? Really??
Some shops will readily charge up to $400 per hour for the dyno and then charge hourly for tuning on top of that. They will often have a concierge service and a day spa offering facials and manicures attached to the waiting room. Most Miata owners wouldn't demand this level of service, but a fellow customizing his DB9 wouldn't be satisfied with a $250 tune done in a dirty warehouse industrial park. And the expectations are different for the results. A fellow with a $250 tune might tolerate the occasional hesitation or burble whereas one paying $2000 expects perfection.
