1992 miata ticking
 

So it first started out as a small tick that worsen. It’s so bad now I can’t drive it. Sounded like it was coming from the head so i got it rebuilt. The machine shop said it looks normal when it can it. Put it back in with new lifters and is still ticking and has worsened. Took of a spark plug at a time to test the bottom end and still ticking. Throttle gets stuck for a 5 to 10 seconds after hitting the throttle. Thank u to anybody who can help!!
