93 miata will not start again

I have a 93 Miata.I have checked all the fuses and grounds.It has no spark or noid.I need some info where I could find a good troubleshooting guide. thanks phlrmech

I have a code 2 and it will not start.Is the cam sensor for sure keeping it from starting.They are expensive used. thanks phlrmech
