Hey guys im upgrading brakes and putting a new master cyl and booster on. i have the 4 nuts removed from inside and the pin from the brake pedal but its still hung up. ideas?

 

As long as the bolts are removed, it should just pull free. Mine was a bear too, as it had rusted to the firewall and was glued on, maybe same for yours? I gave it a hail mary with a prybar and it popped off. YMMV.
