Hi. Its a 1999. Turns over, no start. When I turn the key to on the only diagnostic lights that light up on the dash is the brake and airbag light. . airbag light turns off like its supposed to. ? No spark, is there a way to test the ecu without buying a new one? No recent work or modifications to car. thanks
