'94 Miata won't start. Fuel Relay not supplying power to pump. Awaiting new relay. Jumped relay and got power to the Fuel Pump but it was bad. Awaiting new pump. In the meantime, did probing and found the powertrain control module was not providing a ground to the relay, the so relay is probably not bad. Any suggestions? New!!! PCM? it's hard enough to find parts as it is!
