has anyone towed a jetski with their na??

i would like to know if anyone tows their jetski with their na?? in and out of the boat ramp is my main concern, i dont want to sink my car, lmao, i have a 97 seadoo xp, its fairly light, i can move it around my yard by myself easily, ive always used my dads truck to take it out, but some times when i wanna take it out hes not around with the truck, so it would be nice if i could tow it with the miata.... thanks in advance

Ask the guys on Miataturbo.net, I'm sure there is somebody on there who tows a jet ski...

im possitive that the car can tow it on the street for sure, its just getting in and out of the boat ramp that scares me, my car spins tires easily, and on a wet ramp towing the ski idk how thats going to work out... lol

get new tires? how does you car spin tires? I have 240rwtq and I dont spin tires.

johnny blaze 04-02-2012 02:15 PM

i drift the car, and when wanted it spins, when it rains im scared of the damn car, idk how your car with that much power doesnt spin, my honda with that much power didnt grip till 4th, on the wet ramp on a incline towing a couple more hundred lbs i know for a fact it will spin

Solve all your traction issues with these.
Keep crappy tires on different wheels for throwing it sideways through corners.

i dont drive like a 16 year old -------? and i honestly doubt any honda makes 240rwtq :) even the s2000.

Unless your tires are made out of PVC, there should be no traction issues.

who said anything about driving like a 16 year old dusch, i drift the car at local events, and occasionally on the streets, and several hondas make over 300 tourqu to the wheel, might not be rear wheel unless s2k, but ive seen all motor hondas make more tourque then that..

and yes my tires wer pretty bald, i just bought 2 new ones and they hook way more then the other ones, i can still get it sideways easy though.. lol but with algae and steep boat ramps plus wet floor, and no lsd i think traction will be a issue, unless i run some all terrains or sumtin hahah
