When i took everything a part, I labelled everything into baggies, but I am at a loss here, can anybody tell me what goes in here. I have nothing that will fit it

so there are no bolts in there unless u have a hard top? just empty, i dont remeber taking any out from those locations

Empty unless you have brackets. Usually the plastic hasn't been hacked unless you have brackets also
