Not sure if there is a sticky for my questions, if so could someone point me in the right direction?

I have a few prospects in mind. Im looking between 93 and 99. I read something about getting the 1.8 and it being best for body weight ratio.

Im not truly sure what i should be looking for besides the obvious; leaks, smoke, tics, rust etc... Mot sure about common problems or what options or trims i should keep my eyes peeled for.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
