Miata died and won't start.

I was driving down the road and my car started miss firing lightly, I was only a few minutes from my house so naturally I tried to get it to my house. As I got closer the missfire progressed until it felt like the car was running on 2 cylinders, then out of nowhere it died. No injector pulse and no spark. So I checked all my fuses (including the main relay), my powers and grounds at my CAS and checked my ecu powers and grounds, and they all checked out good. So I went to my local junkyard, found a Miata with rear body damage and threw an ecm and CAS at my car... Still no start :(.

Looking for suggestions at the moment, just kinda scratching my head... Also curious if the crank sensor in front contributes to injector pulse, I've heard mixed answers on other posts.

Thanks! -Josiah

Crank sensor won't make it not start.

Check the timing belt to see if it started skipping teeth and then broke or came off.

Just checked the timing belt and it is in tact and the car is in time, so we know it's not that

Thanks for the suggestion! -Josiah
