Cooling fan not turning on ? Replaced thermostat and thermoswitch. Jumped in diagnostic box and i can hear the relay clicking but fan will not turn on. I ran 12 volts to the fan with a jumper wire and it turns right on. Tried to ground the thermoswitch and no fan there either. Maybe bad thermoswitch ??
