Well the guy said there was a certain batch of white 1990's that have this problem. Something to do with the lacker primer sitting for to long wanting to be painted on the line.

Bought some aircraft grade paint remove today and started peeling her away. Gonna take a while but I promis it's going to look good when it's done. Nissan royal blue or a metallic black with a lime green flake. Maybe even a drip effect. (imagine Ken blocks style but shiney and no decals and not so drastic) haha
