Some of it is true. Personally, I don't buy the electric fan bullshit. Atleast not for our cars, but bad engine grounds can be a problem in general.

Plus its an article from 1998...

You are correct I did not see that at first ,just thought it was an interesting article and does send a clear message of how important grounds are
