Default will it still run if timing belt is off a tooth a crankshaft?

Just put new water pump and crank / cam seals in. Started up and idled smooth. But now it seems a bit lazy and when I hit the ac button, idle drops really low. Opinions welcome

Yes, it will run. It will just run less well.

I hate getting the timing belt right. I'm often slightly off a couple of times before getting it right.
