I got the timing damn close when I did it. Our timing light is kinda funky so I will check it out with a different one when I get home. But it's not that the start slows it's kinda like a cylinder misfired and just stoped the piston from traveling the rest of the way up. No backfires or anything. Heat soak on the iat is possible I havnt got around to making a heat shield or wrapping it yet, it's near the alternator.

If in tunerstudio you go under the spark tab and choose the top choice in the dropdown menu "spark settings", the default is 65 and you have 58, which usually means that you have adjusted it to make the spark line up with your timing marks. That's OK if everything is truly accurate with your timing.
And you have the cranking advance angle set at 18 and the map I have from Brain has it set for 12. Six degrees more timing right there probably will make the difference you are seeing. If you are sure your timing is right, just change this right now to 12 or 10 and see how that does. It should be a lot better.

there's the clt-based air density corrections table.
you should be using it for AIT corrections an dtuning it to prevent the MS from pulling too much fuel during heatsoak.
you should check your gammae gauge for any enrichments active while driving. then you can look a gair, or gbaro, or gwarm to see which are doing what.

ok, well im not sure how good the timing light is (70-80s model), but one of my buddys has a newer known good one at his place so i will check it later. Is there a temperature operated adjustment for the Fuel table? i noticed it was a bit leaner on the way home from class.
How lean is lean? Was this in cruise, during acceleration, or in boost? At cruise it will occasionally pop up to 17 or so if there is a lean missfire. It won't actually hurt anything but it might do it now and again.
Your coolant related air density numbers were very different from the ones in Brain's msq that I have. Mine are level with no compensation and yours shot right off the graph. I adjusted yours to look like mine for what it is worth.
Did you get the wideband set up so you could autotune fuel yet?

There is a warm-up enrichment that tapers off and stops at 160 degrees.
How lean is lean? Was this in cruise, during acceleration, or in boost? At cruise it will occasionally pop up to 17 or so if there is a lean missfire. It won't actually hurt anything but it might do it now and again.
