Sounds like a very economical cruise. Where is your IAT sensor located? They don't like being anywhere behind the radiator because they can heat soak and read incorrectly.
I'm trying to recall if those settings were for use if you had a pnp and were running MAF. All I know is Brain's tune had it zeroed out. I'm not the best educated one around here on the obscurities of the software. There is a reason they call him Brain. Maybe he can shed some light.

If in tunerstudio you go under the spark tab and choose the top choice in the dropdown menu "spark settings", the default is 65 and you have 58, which usually means that you have adjusted it to make the spark line up with your timing marks. That's OK if everything is truly accurate with your timing.
And you have the cranking advance angle set at 18 and the map I have from Brain has it set for 12. Six degrees more timing right there probably will make the difference you are seeing. If you are sure your timing is right, just change this right now to 12 or 10 and see how that does. It should be a lot better.
