What did you do to your NA today?

Today I went to the scrap yard with the body tub from the 95 Laguna Blue that I bought in MD last week. The car was in fantastic shape...from the doors forward! Wish it hadnt been crunched because it really was pretty. Anyway, had 920# of light iron and got a whopping $98 for it.
Starting to clean up the garage now as the weather is changing and my wife wants to park indoors again. Can't blame her....
Got the radiator flushed out in the 92 I picked up last week and made plans to get the rockers patched (Laguna Blue to the rescue!!) and the car sprayed next week. I still have to replace the rear window on the soft top but then that one is ready to go on the block.

Did a bunch of small things today - felt good to check them off my list.
Installed Boss Frog seatbelt guides. It was one of the few installations that went exactly according to the directions provided. After trimming a little bit of the plastic panel, my seatbelts retract fully for the first time since installing the roll bar. I feel much better about them now.
Tweaked the crossover settings on my audio system after installing a new front channel a few weeks ago (Polk DB651s).
Used an upholstery cleaner in the trunk to clear up my past water intrusion evidence. Also hit the seats to brighten them up and wiped down the dash and center console.
Used Griots Garage waterless wash followed up with XMT360 spray wax on the exterior.
Checked and added 2 quarts of oil - been consuming about 2 quarts per 1000 miles. Not good but with 210,000 miles... not surprising. I know I have some bad rings.
Actually looking forward to driving my morning commute tomorrow.

had to remove the turbo to remove the downpipe. come to find out nothing was very tight. some much exhaust leak evidence around gaskets. got the wideband o2 sensor installed in the downpipe, now waiting for the new gaskets to come in.

Removed charcoal canister, factory airbox, and related brackets. Test fitted intercooler piping, which is less than desirable. Ordered more IC piping parts.
Bought oil pan tap, which I will be returning unused. I found a buddy with a brand new set to borrow.
Worked on idle dashpot settings in MS1 to collect the idle when it falls under load (A/C, headlights). Also adjusted idle tuning and closed loop idle tuning some. Need better settings for closed loop idle to catch the RPMs when the heavy loads come on. Have found quite a bit of info but still needs work on getting it right. Turn the A/C and lights on and it falters to 450-550 rpm and nearly dies. This is an improvement over when I started with it.
Did a little light road tuning with VE Analyze in TS. Learning it better.

Made my variable tps. almost ready to go on the car, ordered an ultrashield for myself, seeing as no one had one my size. I really did this a few weeks ago, but its shipping in the next few days. finished my poly bushings, fixed the rear sway bar bracket. fixed my hood rattle And did some tuning. more to come with the tps on the car of course.
