It could be that the sole purpose of my life is to serve as a warning to others.

Edit: That sounds a bit dark now that I read it again. I guess I should have put an "lol" on the end of it.

gonna avoid shifting high on 3rd for now. i'll do a trans flush in a month or two and see if that helps things. my clutch still feels great. :P

JPopsbronco Feb 23, 2012 09:33 AM

lol dude just buy another trans they're like free. If you're actually grinding gears then I would be surprised, mostly what I see is simply hard to go into gear or like really ratchety, never any grinds yet. And the trick is to get the lightest clutch setup possible, it helps the synchros and you shift faster.

Yesterday I got running with my ms2 in parallel(Which I built myself) and have about 40 miles on it. I got home after 12 last night so I suppose that counts as today :) Woohoo about to start my cold start tuning quest lol

In the last week I also installed my HDHCm2, sparco, and simpson harness. I think the next mod will be quick disconnect cause I look hilarious trying to get in and out HAH

we'll flush his trans and then take it out when it's insured again *wink* *wink*. I'm willing to be it's fine as well.
