Default 99 ae keeps dying

So my 99 ae kkeeps dying when off the gas, sometimes its only when ac is on, sometimes have to turn ac on to keep it alive, even while driving you can feel the motor almost stuttering like its not getting enough air or fuel.

This all started once i switched to premium . I have switched it to synthetic and have a k&n typhoon intake

Any ideas what it could be?

While driving and stuttering does sound like potential fueling to me. I'm no expert, but I think ruling out clogged fuel filter/injectors would be first on the list. Especially if it's not throwing any codes right now.

clean throtle body, Idle air control valve, check to make sure your tps is working as intended, and replace the fuel filter and run a tank of premium fuel through, it should clean itself out if all that is done.

I would clean the idle air control valve and throttle body with cleaner, use a large bottle of Techron in the fuel to clean the injectors/combustion chamber, and possibly follow it with a bottle of SeaFoam in the fuel tank as well. What do the spark plugs look like? Are they showing wear/richness/leanness?
