99 miata Intermittent High idle/running rough
 

Hi everyone I have a 1999 nb1 nothing done engine wise other then having a 01-05 block, SO basically what my problem is, is that the car will idle and drive fine and then randomly the idle will bump up anywhere from 2100-3100 rpm's, when the car does this it runs very rough, and then will go back down after a little bit and run fine, I've tried cleaning my throttle body, I also replaced the idle air control valve, the car keeps popping up with a bunch of codes all kind of related to emissions/fuel systems, I really stumped on this issue if anybody can help it would be greatly appreciated
