Details about car setup and how much $$$...
I'd say "it looks decent", but it actually doesn't.
Post details and I'll tell you if it's a rip off or not.

well i don't wanna give off to much info. (preventative from it being sold to someone other then me)

i know my fair share around a miata. i'm just curious if anyone knows anything about it.
it's a good deal for whats in it. paint is new (within the last 6 months) it's a 99 that was white and was an auto but is now blue and have a 6-speed. lots of work done to the car

looks very similar to phrenetiks car. I would remove the spacer asap or get new wheels, that second picture looks god-awful.

What are you asking anyway?

well i've bought many cars over the internet so i've just found merit in trying to find out info about the car before i buy.

anyone know the guy that owns it (unlikely but its a chance)
seen how it's been driven?
quality of parts or reliability of things?

i don't know. maybe i'm just excited about this car and want to have an excuse to show it off before i even own it. (my bad)

I know my self, for a car that has a bunch of work done to it, I would never buy it with out going to drive it first... I made that mistake once, and will likely never do it again. Doesn't matter how it looks in pictures, or how it "drives" on paper.

That's just me though.

well the hood and hardtop are chaser parts, they most likely don't fit like OEM and the top could leak depending on the quality of work the owner invested in getting the weather stripping lined up right.

You can see a small intercooler out front, is it supercharged or turbo'd? You can tell the quality on that from the parts they use.

I personally wouldn't buy it if it doesn't have a WB and EMS...Unless I know the owner very well.

Meh, Dosen't look any thing special to me, but im also not a fan of SCs (at least not on the Miata). Looks like its got Tein coilovers? What is he using for engine managment?

MF-Brain 04-10-2012 11:22 AM

EW! centrifugal SCing is a joke.

almost as funny as that wheel/tire/offset combo.
