Default fuses are in the wrong place, but everything works fine.

Recently purchased a '99 Miata; everything works fine. Today, I randomly decided to check under the fuse box and noticed the fuses are not placed like the diagram shows. The ignition and the fuel fuse are swapped and I'm not sure why. Should I put them back in their indicated spots or should I keep it as is since everything works fine? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.
