Default Losing power in rain issure help

hey all, new here, trying to get any answers that will help me at all with this mystery issue i'm having.

to sum it up, in the rain/snow ONLY, my car runs super rough for the first ten minutes of driving or so, slow acceleration, bucking, etc.. and afterwards it seems to run more smooth BUT occasionally and only in the rain the car will surge and bog and just refuse to accelerate, no matter how much gas. fluttering the gas seems to help get it to speed, and once im up to 50+ mph the issue goes away, until i get back down to lower speeds, then the issue happens basically when it wants to.

took a while, but i finally got the car to throw two codes, 300(multiple cylinder misfire) and 172(too rich bank one), how ever i feel as if i have some sort of electrical issue, and these codes are just a result of that. not quite sure.

i've already replaced the air filter, plugs, wires and both coils. no help what so ever.

any advice you guys have would be amazing.

I have a problem losing power when drifting, car starts to shut off after doing high speed sharp figure 8's or circles. I have yet to solve it but Im going to start with securing some foam blocks to fill the spaces around the battery and tightening the terminals, also mabye ziptieing the positive and negative cables down.
