My reverse lights *used* to work, and then I was rear-ended. I don't see any damage that could have stopped just the reverse lights, and everything else is working fine. I checked for fuses but didn't see anything specific to just reverse lights. The bumper was not crushed by the way; no one would likely even notice unless they were in the car repair business and noticed bowing of the rear fender and the mark on the center of the bumper. Neither reverse light works and I replaced the bulbs.

All that said, I was just looking for ideas on where to look for the problem.

 

Make sure the ground is still OK. Maybe pick up a cheap circuit tester at Harbor Freight or Autozone? That's all I got.
