Fuel pump
 

Question, I have a 1997 NA with a 1.6, fuel pumpbwill not prime or come on. I replaced both injector/fuel pump relays, fuel pump, fuel tank, fuel filter, fuel injectors. I also checked the home 10a fuse and it looks good. I tried the diagnostic port under the hood to bypass the fuel pump relay but no change. All the wiring looks good under the carpet, dash and hood.
