I am a newbie...i am looking at 1995 miata mx5 m edition. It
is in very good condition, new tires 44,600 miles..red in color.
There have been two prior owners..seems to be well taken care
of...the asking price is $6,200. What price should offer for
miata like this....what should i check before i buy.

That is a lot of money for a '95. Those are very low miles but you could buy one a lot newer or with major upgrades and just a more miles for that kind of money. Miles don't hurt these cars much, just poor care. Don't be afraid of a Miata with high miles if it is well cared for...
