Default hi from raleigh nc

Hi my name is Jeremy. I have an autoxing problem. I have a beat up(on the outside) 90 miata(Frank) with a vvt engine out of a 2003 with 68k, megasquirt, ebay header, custom intake, custom exhaust, no name race seats, no soft top, blue hard top, bilstein pss9 suspension with 700lb front and 400lb rear springs, big 1 1/4 front sway bar and no rear bar. When autox I run 15x10 wheels with 275 hoosier a6's. I might drive it once or twice a week if it is nice.

Right now I am at 23 different USED car parts into the car. There are somethings that couldnt be found used and had to go new, damn NB manual rack and pinion! I work at Wagners auto salvage in durham and get all my used parts from Jason Fraley out of apex.

15x10? Doesn't the weight effect the acceleration enough to be a detriment to your times over a sticky 15x8? I guess it would on a big track with lots of straights but maybe not so much in an autorcross.

the 15x10's weigh right at 14 lbs each and offer more "tread area" for the 275's. I have some 949 racing 15x10's on order and they supposedly weigh in around 13.5lbs so weight is really hurting with these wheels.

Yeah, that's light. What do the tires weigh?
