I have a silver 2001 with a hardtop (that is rarely on it) here just west of Toronto that I bought in 2008. I had seen this car in the Auto Trader for a couple of months at a lower price than a lot of other dealers had and it bugged me - had to be something wrong with it. So one day I decided that rather than thinking about it, I would take a look and either disqualify it or keep it in consideration. It looked pristine. It ran well, even if I was not used to turning 3300 revs / mile in top gear. So I bought it and have put about 20,000 km on it since then.

I always have a project in mind for it - I linearized the temp gauge (that gave me some scary readings) a couple of years ago and did the speedo generator fix (see my thread in the clubroadster DIY section) and am now considering a real oil pressure gauge and a few other mods that have not been covered anywhere else.
