Hello, I’m 16 now and looking for my first car. Realistically I want a car that I can modify and will be reliable enough that it won’t break down on my way to school. I’ve looked at many cars and like many others the NA Miata caught my eye. I would just appreciate some opinions on this matter, it would help extremely. I feel like it would be reliable and I’m not liking to half fast the work on it, my parents don’t think it would be a good idea to get the car though since it is going to be almost 30 years old and are afraid that it will sit in the garage most of the time instead of the road. If someone could let me know if this is a good idea or a bad idea and why that’d be great. Thank you!
