What's up guys? Names Adam, 20, work at the Georgia Kia plant. Anyway I've been crazy over Miatas since a kid and finally got my first car, an NA, at 17. Been through several visions of what I wanted it to be and finally really dove into a build about 6 months ago; since then me and my Dad have rebuilt the tired 1.8, had the trans rebuilt and are now close to finishing the bodywork with a custom color in mind. Just before bodywork began:

Good luck on the paint. Please post pics of the new paint job when finished.

What are your goals with the car? Daily driver or something more?


Welcome to here! Where is the Kia plant located? Near Newnan?

Unfortunately it looks like paint might be put off til spring with this weather, sucks. Trying to figure out how to defy mother nature. :D Plan is just an awesome looking, reliable as new daily.

The Kia plant is located in West Point, GA which is about 40-45 mins south of Newnan I'd say.
