You can call me the nannerpus.

Let's get one thing straight:

Moving on.

You may recognize me from other Miata forums. Or you may have met me. For these things you have my condolences. I've been coerced, er uh, invited by some fellow South Texas Miata bros to hang out here, which I think is a good idea. I like that this is a DMZ among the warring factions of the Miata forum world.

So here's my sweetass '97:

Sometimes it sits there and looks cool

Sometimes it sits there and looks cool and I photoshop the license plate
http://clubroadster.net/vb_forum/pic...pictureid=3521

Sometimes, in fact lots of times, it does this:
http://clubroadster.net/vb_forum/pic...pictureid=3523

Sometimes, but not enough times, it does this:
http://clubroadster.net/vb_forum/pic...&pictureid=856

Let me tell you what Melba Toast is packin' right here, all right:
-Stock power, beautiful! Except with a zorst on it to draw everyone's attention to the slow car. No plans to add power, either. "Slow car fast," he said, rationalizing his limp-wristed output. No seriously, I like it this way.
-Tein SS 8/6, to be replaced with Stewart Bilsteins on 550/350, soon, maybe, pending removal of ass from seat
-9" 6UL, 225 RS3. Duh.
-About seven million other stupid nickel and dime things that I either thought would make me look cool or go fast which don't really matter.

So that's pretty much my thing. Everyone, I hope we all have wonderful adventures together.

Seems like Texas is taking over the forums. Not that I'm complaining...:D

nannerpus 10-14-2011 12:08 AM

Austin! High five! Don't keep it weird, though, 'cause that slogan's lame!

Houstonian originally, but Austin is home these days.

dieselmiata 10-14-2011 12:32 AM

Funny, I was born in Houston, but moved to Austin (Round Rock) when I was 2.

Welcome to MFz. Where we give hugs, not... something... that rhymes... ----.

Nevermind that.

TX is reppin hard these days!

Love that miata! Glad you joined. We're still building up the site getting members, but I see this site doing great things for the community once it matures a bit!
