Ayutthaya was flooded a bit when we were in Bangkok back in late August. But nothing in the city proper was underwater.

Though that town could use a good bath. A good place to visit if you ever doubt the need for the EPA/CARB. It hurts to breathe.

yea CARB can suck a dick. EPA is questionable sometimes. especially with the recent E15 "approval", but there is certainly a need for emissions regulation.
