I wasn't sure WoW referred to it, but yeah, the sudden influx of ads really sucks. Slows the site down considerably.

world of warcraft, they are probably working on the servers and stuff. it will probably be much faster within the next couple days.

Yesterday, when I posted this, the only ads I had were for wow and those ------- ads are so obnoxious looking. I feel very unprofessional at work claiming to be a part of an online community, yet the ads at said community display a video game and some ------- gimmick ads about financial aid for schools.

Anyways, carry on. Vent thread.

I suppose you could go all out and run noscript through your browser to block outside content. Makes websurfing a little more involved, but a lot safer if you know what you are doing.
