Palm trees so you aren't in the Midwest. There is a reflection on the car of what looks like a desert, hard to tell but looks arabic on the sign, so I'm guessing middle east. Guy on cell phone, so that rules out Afghanistan, you still have your head attached, so that rules out Iraq as it's not fun for tourists just yet, that's not a Ferrari so that rules out Abu Dhabi. I'm not an expert on my tanks, but that looks to be American M1 perhaps so I'm going to guess Kuwait.

Used to have an old Case Dozer with metal tracks. That really sucked ***** to drive down the road. Used to just leave it out in the field. I remember almost vibrating off of it when my grandpa would take it down the road.
