So when the sign reads "Obey Speed Limit in Construction Zone" does that imply the speed limit on the rest of the highway is just a suggestion?

I would have to get pulled over and ticketed first. I have yet to have that happen.

 

well so update on progress, i have decided that im going to do the body work and paint myself. but im going to have to get a whole rocker side skirt panel to replace mine because the p/o used rhino liner and that ---- doesn't come off. Then once that is done probably sell it, at that point it will be a clean NA + turbo.

Guam is a pretty small island so 130k is a lot of driving around in circles. I would want to see it on a lift to confirm it has never seen the evil salt of the midwest.

 

For some perspective, if it helps, I just paid $5000 for my '97 with < 84k. The top is like new and the car overall is in great shape.
