might buy an NB with a blown head gasket

OK, fella at this weekend's autox had a Shinsen edition Miata. That is the best looking of all NA/NB IMO. What a gorgeous car.

Also, the 2006 Blue NC is also gorgeous as it's a very rich deep metallic blue. Owner said it's the only year they made it. The Begi Turbo Kit, coilovers and Black wheels helped the awesomeness of the car.

I love it when I build a solution for what I think is the bare minimum to do it right and I'm still way over budget.

Just took my exhaust manifold to the machine shop to get the surfaces leveled. Leaking on cyl 1,2,4 and at the bottom of the turbo is unacceptable.

Emissions testing is such a scam. But, I passed. Wasted 30 minutes of work for a 5 second test. I even had my ultragauge hooked up when I went to the test. They reattached it when they were finished. I could have cleared all my codes as I pulled up and went to the test. At least it didn't cost me any money, like I expected.

Well this morning was interesting. I took the wifey's Touareg in for it's 60k maint and left with the key still in my pocket. They called when I was 5 minutes from home to inform me I was an idiot. After my friend drops me off, I hop in the miata and head down. Half way through a turn using only one hand, I lose power steering, OOPS. After dropping the key off, I pop the hood to see my power steering belt laying down there so no big deal. When reaching to grab it, I burn the inside of my bicep on the radiator. That hurts dude!

Lolz, gotta love those fail days.

PLEASE tell me the tire size.
